THE CHITTAGONG HILL-TRACTS LAWS REGULATION, 1942

A Regulation to apply certain enactments to the Chittagong Hill-tracts.. WHEREAS it is expedient to apply the enactments specified in the Schedule to the Chittagong Hill-tracts; It is hereby enacted as follows:-

Section 1. Short title

This Regulation may be called the Chittagong Hill- tracts Laws Regulation, 1942.

Section 2. Application of certain enactments to the Chittagong Hill-tracts

The enactments specified in the Schedule shall apply to the Chittagong Hill-tracts.
