THE CHITTAGONG HILL-TRACTS LAWS (No. III) REGULATION, 1942

A Regulation to apply the Securities Act, 1920, to the Chittagong Hill-tracts. WHEREAS it is expedient to apply the Securities Act, 1920 to the Chittagong Hill-tracts; X of 1920 It is hereby enacted as follows:-

Section 1. Short title

This Regulation may be called THE CHITTAGONG HILL-TRACTS LAWS (No. III) REGULATION, 1942

Section 2. Application of Act X of 1920 to the Chittagong Hill- tracts

The Securities Act, 1920, in so far as it Application is not inconsistent with the Chittagong Hill- tracts Regulation, 1900, (Reg. I of 1990), or with any rules made thereunder for the time being in force, shall apply to the Chittagong Hill-Tracts.
