THE CHITTAGONG HILL-TRACT LAWS REGULATIONS, 1943

A Regulation to apply the Explosive Substances Act, 1908, to the Chittagong Hill-tracts. WHEREAS it is expedient to apply the Explosive Substances Act, 1908, to the Chittagong Hill-tracts; It is hereby enacted as follows:-

Section 1. Short title

This Regulation may be called the Chittagong Hill-tracts Laws Regulation, 1943.

Section 2. Application of Act VI of 1908 to the Chittagong Hill- tracts

The Explosive Substances Act, 1908, shall apply to the Chittagong Hill-tracts.
