THE CHITTAGONG HILL-TRACTS LAWS (No. II) REGULATION, 1944

A Regulation to apply certain enactment to the Chittagong Hill-tracts. WHEREAS it is expedient to apply the enactments specified in the Schedule to the Chittagong Hill-tracts; It is hereby enacted as follows:-

Section 1. Short title

This Regulation may be called the Chittagong Hill- tracts Laws (No. II) Regulation, 1944.

Section 2. Application of certain enactments to the Chittagong Hill-tracts

The enactments specified in the Schedule with the modification therein set forth shall apply to the Chittagong Hill-tracts.
