The Bidi (Restriction of Manufacture) (Repeal) Act, 1974

An Act to repeal the Bidi (Restriction of Manufacture) Ordinance, 1966. WHEREAS it is expedient to repeal the Bidi (Restriction of Manufacture) Ordinance, 1966 (E.P. Ord. IV of 1966); It is hereby enacted as follows:-

Section 1. Short title and commencement

(1) This Act may be called the Bidi (Restriction of Manufacture) (Repeal) Act, 1974.

(2) It shall come into force at once.

Section 2. Repeal

The Bidi (Restriction of Manufacture) Ordinance, 1966 (E.P. Ord. IV of 1966) is hereby repealed.
