The Vested and Non-Resident Property (Administration) (Repeal) Ordinance, 1976

An Ordinance to repeal the Vested and Non-Resident Property (Administration) Act, 1974. WHEREAS it is expedient to repeal the Vested and Non-Resident Property (Administration) Act, 1974 (XLVI of 1974), for the purpose hereinafter appearing; NOW, THEREFORE, in pursuance of the proclamations of the 20thAugust, 1975, and the 8th November, 1975, and in exercise of all powers enabling him in that behalf, the President is pleased to make and promulgate the following Ordinance:-

Section 1. [Repealed].

This Ordinance may be called the Vested and Non- Resident Property (Administration) (Repeal) Ordinance, 1976.

Section 2. [Repealed]

The Vested and Non-Resident Property (Administration) Act, 1974 (XLVI of 1974), is hereby repealed.
