The Bangladesh Abandoned Children (Special Provisions) (Repeal) Ordinacne, 1982

An Ordinance to repeal the Bangladesh Abandoned Children (Special Provisions) Order, 1972. WHEREAS it is expedient to repeal the Bangladesh Abandoned Children (Special Provisions) Order, 1972 (P.O. No. 124 of 1972); NOW, THEREFORE, in pursuance of the Proclamation of the 24th March, 1982, and in exercise of all powers enabling him in that behalf, the Chief Martial Law Administrator is pleased to make and promulgate the following Ordinance:-

Section 1. Short title

This Ordinance may be called the Bangladesh Abandoned Children (Special Provisions) (Repeal) Ordinance, 1982.

Section 2. Repeal of P.O. No. 124 of 1972

The Bangladesh Abandoned Children (Special Provisions) Order, 1972 (P.O. No. 124 of 1972), is hereby repealed.
