The Primary Education (Repeal) Ordinance, 1983

An Ordinance to repeal the Primary Education Act, 1981. WHEREAS it is expedient to repeal the Primary Education Act, 1981 (IV of 1981); NOW, THEREFORE, in pursuance of the Proclamation of the 24th March, 1982, and in exercise of all powers enabling him in that behalf, the Chief Martial Law Administrator is pleased to make and promulgate the following Ordinance:-

Section 1. Short title

This Ordinance may be called the Primary Education (Repeal) Ordinance, 1983.

Section 2. Repeal of Act IV of 1981

The Primary Education Act, 1981 (IV of 1981), is hereby repealed.
